简介：

一支由公司职员、大学老师、职业音乐人、自由职业者组成的“玩票”乐队，虽然成立时间不长（04年中成立），但乐队主要成员均为本地摇滚老将：主唱余永黎（AXE）1994年底加入武汉最早的地下乐队之一“同志”并担任主音吉他手，2000年建立武汉著名原创音乐网站“武汉摇滚”网(www.whrock.com)，2001年地下发行独立创作和制作的个人首张专辑“穿越”，开本地电脑DIY录音制作之先河；而主音吉他手/编曲肖晗则更是中国独立唱片厂牌“摩登天空”旗下“漂亮亲戚”乐队的吉他手/主要编曲者。

出于对LOVE & PEACE的渴望，乐队一直沉溺于60、70年代的根源摇滚中无法自拔，但却从未减退对尝试和制造另一种声音的热爱，作品融合了根源、迷幻、BLUES、REAGGE等音乐元素。也是武汉最早尝试现场电子采样的摇滚团体。乐队目前签约于武汉“柒陆文化”下属独立音乐厂牌“柒陆唱片”，已推出单曲“Party Tonight”，广获好评。

Formed by an office clerk, a college teacher, a professional musician and some free lancer in the early 2004, THE HOBBIES brags its freedom in making the music as well as the spirits in playing the music. Even it has been set up only two years ago, however, the bands members are most of the regulars in local rock circle. In spite of some changes in line-up, the band still consists of two core members:

Music/lyrics/lead vocal, AXE(Yu yongli) was member of one of the earliest rock band in Wuhan city The Comrades in 1994, but his reputation founded in the contribution to the development of Wuhan Underground Music by fabricating a total free community, www.whrock.com, which present the best internet platform for local even domestic musicians. His self-made album chuan-yue in singing, playing, recording and arrangement has been underground issued in 2001 so to bring a DIY demo era in Wuhan City.

Guitarist/musical arrangement, ZEPPELIN (Xiao Han), was an amazing musician in guitar playing as well as musical arrangement. His early band, SMART KIN s first album has been issued in 2002 under MODERN SKY RECORD, and had been highly raised by most of Chinese Trip-HOP fans even by Chinese music critics.

The band is under a Wuhan based independent records label “76 records” of 76’ Promo. Co., Ltd., and the first single “Party Tonight” has been issued in 2006.

The band has been deeply influenced by Classic Rock in 60s, 70s, but their music has also combined some ingredient of Psychedelic, Blues, Reggae, electronic, etc. Also they are the first band who tried experiment sounds in their live performance by samplers among Wuhan local bands. No matter what ever you call their music, the distinguished passion can be felt easily in their songs.

2006年6月，作品“PARTY TONIGHT”被国内著名摇滚杂志《通俗歌曲》06年6月刊收录在随刊CD中。

JUNE, 2006, SONG PARTY TONIGHT HAS BEEN COLLECTED IN JUNE ISSUE OF XMUSIC MAGZINE WHICH IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR ROCK MAGZINE IN CHINA.
